SAP PMO Deployment program
This large-scale program launched by Saint Gobain Bâtiment Distribution France (SGDBF) aimed to deploy SAP on all the company's logistics platforms and most of the group's points of sale.
In partnership with Alia Consulting, we support the information systems department for more than a year in the management of this program and its various projects.
As the PMO team on the program, we were able to contribute our expertise in the definition and monitoring of key indicators, planning, monitoring of project committees and steering committees, drafting of key program documents and the implementation of appropriate steering tools.
Our expertise enabled us to challenge the integration teams and advise the IS department teams on their steering issues.
