General Coordinator Assistant
Since its closure for safety reasons in 2005, La Samaritaine has embarked on a major renovation project as part of an innovative environmental approach.
Indeed, the renovation of more than 70,000m² of offices, shops, housing, a day nursery and a luxury hotel is not lacking in ambition.
We joined the EGIS project management team in the spring of 2018 to assist the operation general coordinator.
For more than a year and a half, we put our skills at the service of this team on mainly planning and coordination subjects in order to ensure an analysis and monitoring of time and financial risks, monitoring of staff and schedules, crisis management.
Our role was also to challenge the general contracting teams for the monitoring of work and planning by working closely with their planning team.
